What you will do

• Lead enterprise-scale cloud and security transformation programmes from vision through successful execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational and executive customer stakeholders.
• Own programme governance, budgets, planning, risk management, and delivery outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable results.
• Coordinate engineering teams, customer organisations, suppliers, and executive stakeholders.
• Support strategic account development and the growth of engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivery leadership, programme management, engagement management, or consulting leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud, infrastructure, platform, or security transformation programmes.
• Strong consultancy experience and strategic customer relationship management skills.
• Proven executive stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Commercial awareness, risk management, and experience contributing to account growth.
• Affinity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, platform engineering, DevOps, security, compliance, and regulated enterprise environments.
