People Systems and Solutions Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Annual pay range: $163,800–$204,700 USD for all other US locations; $188,400–$235,400 USD for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle

What you will do

• Shape and maintain a multi-quarter People Systems roadmap with People leadership and IT.
• Translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, workflows, and system configurations across the employee and talent lifecycle.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage People technology vendors and integrations.
• Improve People data governance, reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with People, IT, Data, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to align stakeholders and measure systems impact.
• Lead through expertise and influence as an individual contributor, with potential for future people management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Systems, People Operations, HR technology, business systems, or a related field.
• Experience delivering multi-quarter technology or process roadmaps across multiple platforms and business areas.
• Strong business analysis and process design skills, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and change management.
• Experience evaluating and managing technology vendors and working with IT, data, security, and integration teams.
• Strong understanding of People data, reporting, governance, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience mentoring others; direct people management experience is helpful but not required.
