Salary: $86,909 – $152,053 per year

What you will do

• Support detailed design and EPC for substation projects up to 765kV.
• Develop protection and control deliverables, including protective relays, AC/DC schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Create physical design deliverables such as yard layout plans, grounding, and lightning protection.
• Prepare equipment specifications and Bills of Materials (BOM) for procurement.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for design reviews and field verification.
• Perform QA/QC responsibilities and provide support for business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including criminal background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Experience in high voltage (HV) substation design (Physical and/or Protection & Controls).
• Engineering-in-Training (EIT) Certification.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.
