What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering substation and power engineering projects for industrial and mission-critical clients.
• Serve as the primary operational client contact and build long-term technical partnerships.
• Coordinate scope, budgets, change management, project risks, and delivery with project managers and internal stakeholders.
• Review deliverables, reinforce engineering standards and QA/QC processes, and improve technical quality.
• Mentor engineers, designers, drafters, and technicians through coaching, training, and development plans.
• Support proposals, value engineering, client growth, field troubleshooting, construction observation, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in industrial, oil and gas, or power systems environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical work and mentor engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work in technically complex environments.
• Authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial, oil and gas, data center, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or FE certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Power Delivery, substations, and power engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
