What you will do

• Deliver high-quality live and virtual mental health training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Develop and customize educational content that is clear, clinically accurate, and supported by research.
• Consult with cross-functional partners as an internal mental health subject matter expert.
• Review externally facing materials for clarity, clinical accuracy, and research-backed quality.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of presenters and facilitators.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in clinical, organizational, or counseling psychology, public health, health promotion, or clinical social work, such as an MA, MS, MSW, PhD, or PsyD.
• Expertise in mental health promotion, workplace wellness, or corporate mental health.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain research-backed practices, interventions, skills, and tools clearly.
• Experience developing psychoeducational content for live presentations and written materials.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders as a mental health consultant or subject matter expert, plus familiarity with corporate webinar platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising and giving constructive feedback to clinicians, consultants, or instructors.
