Training Specialist, PX & Patient Coordinators (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Facilitate live new hire training and lead remediation sessions for PX and Patient Coordinator roles.
• Provide 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce concepts and drive measurable behavior change.
• Develop and maintain eLearning modules, knowledge checks, and job aids within the LMS.
• Track training metrics, including completion rates and assessment scores, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to align training content with current approved procedures.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate content development and enhance module interactivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, L&D, or instructional design.
• Experience training revenue-generating teams, such as inside sales or patient coordinators.
• Proven track record of facilitating live trainings for adult learners (in-person and virtual).
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday) and AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• CPTD or APTD certifications.
• PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Rise or Storyline.
• Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare revenue cycle workflows.
