What you will do

• Provide targeted professional development and tailored on-site support to teachers, coaches, and leaders.
• Support district-wide adoption and implementation of Ready and i-Ready online diagnostic and instruction programs.
• Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules.
• Analyze data to help educators apply insights to classroom instruction and identify implementation successes.
• Serve as a thought leader exemplifying the company's mission to create more equitable classrooms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, or providing professional development.
• Must reside in Los Angeles County, CA.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 80% (including overnight stays).
• Strong working knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics/ELA, Grades K–8.
• Proficiency with digital tools and online assessments, with comfort in applying data to instruction.
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
