What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, including Account Executives, Sales Directors, BDRs, and Customer Success professionals.
• Support hiring for Finance, Marketing, IT, Engineering, and Corporate Operations functions.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent across the US and EMEA.
• Manage the summer internship hiring program for the US and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and success profiles.
• Drive recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to increase visibility in niche markets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or data technology.
• Proven success recruiting for sales and GTM roles across the US and EMEA.
• Expertise with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise.
• Ability to manage up to 15 simultaneous requisitions across various seniority levels.
• Experience sourcing and assessing passive talent in highly competitive markets.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows.
