What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for business and G&A roles, including role calibration and search strategy.
• Build and engage active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray search, and outbound campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate must-haves and target profiles into targeted search strategies.
• Leverage LLMs (e.g., Claude) to automate repetitive tasks and personalize outreach at scale.
• Track funnel metrics and provide data-driven market insights to refine search strategies.
• Document search playbooks and reusable tools to improve team performance and repeatability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of dedicated sourcing experience across business and G&A functions.
• 2+ years of experience sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager to Director+).
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/x-ray search, and CRM/sourcing tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience using LLMs for automation and research.
• Proficiency with Ashby or similar pipeline management tools.
