What you will do

• Own the end-to-end hiring cycle for GTM roles, from strategic sourcing and outreach to candidate closing.
• Map talent markets and run large-scale sourcing campaigns to build deep pipelines of top-tier Sales, Customer Success, and Growth leaders.
• Partner directly with GTM leadership to shape role specifications and define success profiles.
• Establish scalable hiring systems, refine scorecards, and coach interviewers to ensure consistency and quality.
• Craft persuasive, personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups with a focus on GTM hiring.
• Proven track record of meeting ambitious recruiting targets in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and leverage AI tools to optimize recruiting processes.
• Strong persuasive communication skills for effectively pitching passive candidates and strategic conversations with leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias to action and ownership.
