What you will do

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for medical device deployments, network integrations, and clinical system updates.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into IT requirements and detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
• Manage project budgets, including analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
• Coordinate project team tasks and monitor progress within a matrix work environment.
• Manage customer relations and stakeholder engagement to ensure business process workflows and training plans are completed.
• Conduct post-project analysis and deliver lessons-learned documentation for project closure.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex projects using standard PM methodologies.
• Proven experience in analyzing customer requirements and developing information systems solutions.
• Expertise in change control, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to non-technical leaders and business owners.

Nice to have

• Experience working within hospitals or the healthcare IT industry.
• Project Management certification (PMP) or relevant coursework.
