Project Manager (Medical Devices): Leading cross-functional teams to deliver new products from feasibility to launch with an accent on regulatory compliance and process improvement. Focus on accelerating time-to-market, managing project risks, and integrating global product offerings within the Recovery Sciences division.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Lewisville, Texas (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) projects from feasibility to final launch.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and cost targets.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate on project documentation (DHF) in compliance with medical device regulations.
• Support strategic initiatives, including target identification and due diligence for acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management within a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Lewisville, Texas (Hybrid schedule).
• Understanding of medical device development and regulatory environments.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical device product development.
• Experience with software product development.
• PMP certification or similar professional training.
