Salary: $52,000 base + commission (OTE $69,500)

What you will do

• Contact prospective clients from lead source lists via email and cold calls.
• Utilize prospecting strategies and industry research to warm and nurture potential clients.
• Uncover prospect needs and challenges to determine if the product is a good fit.
• Schedule and execute the handover of introductory meetings to field sales representatives.
• Provide ongoing communication with sales and marketing to ensure pipeline health.
• Cultivate and grow a professional network within the assigned market.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Genuine interest in the HCM industry and technology.
