Salary: $66,000 - $83,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, personalized email outreach, and social selling.
  • Pre-qualify leads by understanding customer pain points and aligning them with platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to research target accounts and identify key personas.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects through consistent communication and nurturing.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound prospecting role.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and comfort with cold calling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, and sequencing tools.
  • Proven success in creating and managing outbound prospecting campaigns.
  • Customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for technical solutions.
