What you will do

• Build and maintain a high-velocity outbound pipeline using AI-powered prospecting tools.
• Spend 3-4 hours daily on high-impact cold calling to source meetings for New Business Directors.
• Manage and audit AI agents to ensure performance and brand alignment.
• Orchestrate multiple AI-driven platforms to streamline and optimize sales workflows.
• Execute strategic outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email to engage VP and C-suite level prospects.
• Maintain data integrity and manage lead hand-offs within the Hubspot CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 1-3 years of outbound SDR or sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Ability to spend 3+ hours daily on high-energy, high-impact phone prospecting.
• Strong curiosity and experience leveraging AI tools beyond basic LLMs (e.g., Clay, Amplemarket, Common Room).
• Professional communication skills suitable for engaging with C-suite and VP-level executives.
