hirify.global builds Tetra OS, a scientific data and AI platform that helps life sciences companies turn fragmented scientific data into AI-ready assets and workflows.

What you will do

• Design and implement extensible, reusable tabular and JSON data models for scientific use cases.
• Translate scientific workflows into solutions built on the Tetra Data Platform.
• Develop Python parsers, data visualizations, and applications using tools such as Streamlit, HoloViews, and Plotly.
• Integrate laboratory software, including ELN and LIMS systems, through APIs and interrogate proprietary instrument output files.
• Collaborate with scientists, scientific business analysts, applied AI engineers, product managers, and software engineers to develop ML, AI, mechanistic, statistical, and hybrid models.
• Engage with customer stakeholders through regular meetings and demos, communicate implementation progress, and help prioritize the product roadmap.

Requirements

• PhD or master's degree with proven industry experience in life sciences.
• Extensive knowledge of drug discovery, preclinical development, CMC across drug modalities, or product quality testing.
• Experience defining, designing, prototyping, and implementing AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments.
• Experience with exploratory data analysis, workflow optimization, data modeling, and scientific software or laboratory integrations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for working with scientists, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Business proficiency in German at C1 level is required.
