Principal Solution Architect - Presales Lead AI

What you will do

• Enable sales with solution designs, product demonstrations, and technical support for customer opportunities.
• Research customer requirements, identify issues, and propose opportunities for product improvements.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs.
• Handle customer and partner inquiries through the ticketing system and email.
• Improve team efficiency through AI methods, FAQs, online community engagement, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
• More than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or another technical customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Python programming in Linux environments.
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
• Experience with Milestone XProtect or other VMS technologies.
• Understanding of on-premise and embedded AI technology.
• Willingness to travel less than once per month.
