Applied AI Architect, G&A (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $123,000–$184,000 per year, with expected OTE of $145,000–$217,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Embed with Finance, People, Legal, Operations, IT, and Business Systems cohorts to identify high-value workflow opportunities.
• Lead discovery, stakeholder research, enablement sessions, and prioritization of AI transformation backlogs.
• Build and ship agents, automations, prompts, and custom tools on shared infrastructure for real business deliverables.
• Design system architecture, retrieval logic, output calibration, and autonomous multi-agent workflows.
• Monitor adoption and quality, operate solutions until they are productized, and transition durable agents to the shared platform layer.
• Coach teams toward AI self-sufficiency and document reusable tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience involving analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
• Technical fluency in integration architecture, prompt design, retrieval logic, data workflows, Python, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with discovery, stakeholder research, coaching, enablement, product management, and shipping tools that people use.
• Experience in finance, People/HR, legal, operations, or an adjacent business function.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and enterprise SaaS technology such as Claude, Cursor, Salesforce, Slack, and Snowflake.

Nice to have

• Experience with change management, organizational transformation, or large-scale enablement programs.
• Background in consulting, solutions engineering, technical program management, or similar business-technical roles.
• Experience scaling internal tools, templates, or playbooks beyond an immediate team.
