Compensation: $123,000–$217,000/year (including OTE)

What you will do

• Conduct discovery and enablement sessions across non-revenue functions to identify workflow friction and intelligence gaps.
• Build and ship custom AI agents, automations, and tools on shared infrastructure to transform manual processes.
• Coach functional teams through a maturity model to ensure they can independently build and iterate on their own AI tools.
• Monitor adoption and output quality, transitioning successful agents into the platform layer for durable, long-term use.
• Document transformation patterns and reusable components to scale successful AI implementations across the company.
• Rotate across different business units, ensuring each team is self-sufficient before moving to the next engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional roles.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or automations that transformed real work processes.
• Technical fluency in Python, APIs, and integration architecture to contribute to system design and retrieval logic.
• Experience in discovery, stakeholder research, and translating findings into a prioritized, defensible backlog.
• Strong coaching and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Background in Product Management, consulting, or technical program management.

• Experience with enterprise SaaS stacks like Salesforce, Slack, and Snowflake.
• Background in marketing, finance, people/HR, legal, or operations.
• Experience with change management or large-scale organizational transformation programs.
