Applied AI Architect, GTM (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid

Salary: $123,000–$184,000 per year at the start of employment for US-based candidates; expected OTE of $145,000–$217,000 per year, including bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Research GTM workflows from pre-sales through post-sales and prioritize intelligence gaps, workflow friction, and handoff failures.
• Build and refine AI agents, automations, intelligence layers, and decision-support tools on shared infrastructure.
• Participate in pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, and account strategy sessions to keep systems grounded in field needs.
• Monitor adoption and output quality, diagnose system-level failures, and continuously tune the solutions you operate.
• Structure deal and customer signals in the knowledge hub and scale successful solutions across accounts, segments, and deal stages.
• Partner with Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, and leadership to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role within a B2B SaaS company, such as Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Account Executive, sales leadership, or GTM strategy.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that changed real work processes.
• Technical fluency in integration architecture, prompt design, retrieval logic, data workflows, Python, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the operating realities of AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leadership, CS, and business value teams.
• Experience taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption and evaluating outputs using data.
• Autonomous senior individual-contributor experience, with product management background or equivalent product-building experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or field architecture within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent frameworks, workflow automation tools, Salesforce, Gong, Slack, or Snowflake.
• Experience scaling internal tools beyond the immediate team.
