What you will do

• Write grant applications, proposals, reports, and other donor-facing materials in English.
• Lead complex funding proposal packages in coordination with humanitarian missions and headquarters colleagues.
• Support global fundraising teams and missions with proposals, reporting, and digital tools.
• Research donor audiences and identify new philanthropic and humanitarian funding opportunities.
• Own strategic donor and project portfolios, including follow-up and coordination for donor visits.
• Maintain donor information in Salesforce and present to visiting groups and at relevant events.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English with outstanding written, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong, ideally professional-level Hebrew, spoken and written.
• 4–6 years of grant-writing experience with a proven record of producing high-level applications, proposals, and reports in English.
• Experience in project or portfolio management and translating program data into engaging donor stories.
• Ability to read program budgets and financial reports, without responsibility for budget management.
• Experience with CRM or donor database systems, preferably Salesforce, plus flexibility to work under pressure during emergency deployments and temporary workload increases.

Nice to have

• Experience in humanitarian aid, international development, or human rights.
• Experience working in a resource development team.
• Basic design skills using Canva.
