Specialist HR Process & System Management Europe - Regional CoE (UKG/SAP HCM)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; flexible work schedule with a possible home office solution. A relocation bonus is available for candidates based more than 100 km from Wrocław.

What you will do

• Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across the European region and optimize HR processes and systems.
• Act as the technical counterpart for operational HR teams and translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Support HR IT systems, including requirements gathering, testing, releases, and change requests, with a focus on UKG and SAP HCM.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HR IT, Global Centers of Excellence, and external partners.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new tools through training, documentation, and user support.
• Take ownership of hands-on implementation and problem-solving with a consultative approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or HR/IT project environments.
• Hands-on experience with UKG and SAP HCM and a good understanding of HR processes.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
