Account Manager (Modernization)

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

What you will do

• Prepare and execute H-Power modernization bids and sales campaigns.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies to communicate modernization offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure profitable contract completion.
• Partner with customers to develop multi-year capital modernization plans and prioritize investments.
• Present technical bids, explaining cost factors, performance, and durability of equipment.
• Coordinate submittal packages through the approval process and manage change orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up skills.
• Excellent time management and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints or drawings (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
