Senior Account Manager (Staffing)

What you will do

• Manage the health, growth, sustainability, and sales performance of assigned client accounts.
• Develop trusted relationships with line managers, contractors, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Identify new opportunities, expand service lines, and generate new gross profit growth.
• Coordinate with delivery, service, quality control, and finance teams to meet client needs.
• Manage requisitions, sourcing plans, interviews, placements, work orders, and new authorizations.
• Support contractors and assignees throughout onboarding, assignments, and offboarding.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of account management experience in the staffing industry.
• Accredited degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven client relationship management and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify opportunities, qualify service lines, and network at a senior level.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
