TL;DR
OTA Release Leader (Automotive): Ensuring secure and compliant Over-The-Air software updates in accordance with SUMS requirements with an accent on regulatory compliance and release coordination. Location: Must be based in Gothenburg, Sweden (Proof of immediate and valid eligibility to work full time in Sweden is required).

What you will do
- Ensure all OTA releases meet SUMS requirements and maintain strict traceability of software versions.
- Define OTA release schedules, manage dependencies, and coordinate across development and validation teams.
- Conduct risk analysis for each release, focusing on compatibility and cybersecurity threats.
- Provide status updates, release notes, and compliance evidence to management and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor post-release deployment success rates and drive continuous improvement based on error logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the automotive business within product development projects.
- Deep knowledge of OTA processes, SUMS compliance, and cybersecurity standards.
- Proficiency with Jira, Office 365, and SUMS R156.
- Proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in Sweden.
- Availability for travel as required by the role.
