Project Leader (IT)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate software development, maintenance, and operational support activities.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Manage Agile teams and drive successful delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor progress, risks, budgets, quality objectives, and operational processes.
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders and present project status reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex, multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk and resource management, ITIL, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SDLC, and cloud-native enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• PM², PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
