What you will do

• Manage and refine the product backlog to maintain clear priorities and smooth delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional leaders and teams around shared dependencies.
• Translate business and technical needs into actionable development goals focused on end-user impact.
• Facilitate agile planning and promote continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove obstacles so internal and external developers can deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Leader, Team Lead, Product Owner, Backlog Owner, or in a similar software leadership role.
• Practical understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
• Interest in empowering people and fostering inclusive team cultures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical project leadership.
