HR Associate (HR Generalist Track)

What you will do

• Manage daily HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, payroll support, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
• Run full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding, employee training, engagement initiatives, and organizational culture programs.
• Contribute to performance management, talent development, HR data analysis, and annual HR processes.
• Maintain HRIS data and support HR systems implementation, adoption, and improvement projects.
• Assist with compensation reviews, benefits programs, payroll administration, and benchmarking activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–6 years of experience in HR-related roles, including hands-on HR operations experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Business-level English communication skills required.
• Strong interest in developing broad HR expertise and progressing toward an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR operations within a mid-sized Korean company or multinational company.
