What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle and provide HR guidance to managers and employees across South East Europe.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and learning initiatives with internal managers and external partners.
• Maintain HR data, documentation, and processes in global HR systems while driving data quality and digital improvements.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance and external payroll providers.
• Prepare HR reports and people insights to support business decisions.
• Contribute to regional HR projects and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Good knowledge of Romanian labor legislation.
• Experience with HR information systems; SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Excellent Romanian and English communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across countries and cultures.
