Senior AI Consultant

TL;DR

Senior AI Consultant (AI/Consulting): Bridging the gap between client business challenges and engineering delivery with an accent on AI value discovery, solution architecture, and stakeholder management. Focus on translating complex business needs into actionable AI roadmaps, leading client workshops, and ensuring project alignment with commercial goals.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Netherlands (Groningen or Rotterdam offices)

What you will do

• Provide presales support by scoping and estimating AI projects alongside commercial teams.
• Lead AI value discovery workshops to map business problems to measurable AI opportunities.
• Design AI solution architectures and define technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for Delivery Managers and ML Engineers during project execution.
• Represent the AI roadmap in quarterly business reviews and advise clients on AI maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical or implementation consultant in AI or automation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML in a professional context.
• Proven experience running structured client workshops and defining solution requirements.
• Strong communication skills suitable for both boardroom presentations and sprint planning.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Proficiency in Dutch.
