What you will do

• Handle NPI and sustaining product devices in collaboration with various global Design Centers.
• Develop and maintain test programs on ATE platforms, including handler and software specifications.
• Perform in-depth yield analysis, identify root causes of yield loss, and implement corrective actions.
• Support failure analysis activities by providing detailed test data and identifying failure mechanisms.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, test reports, and yield analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Quality, and Manufacturing for product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering or product engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and digital/analog circuit design principles.
• Proficiency in developing test programs on ATE platforms.
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of DFT (Design for Test) and DPM (Defect Per Million) concepts, and experience with test hardware design/debug.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with statistical data analysis tools such as JMP or Spotfire for yield and characterization data.
