Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Partner with Product Engineers to provide solutions for identified fallout pareto to improve CWATY/CWASY yield.
• Debug test fallout to determine if issues are caused by valid device defects or test robustness.
• Develop containment tests for confirmed Customer Quality Complaints (CQC) and enable manufacturable solutions.
• Generate functional test patterns using SOC test benches and mailbox environments.
• Support the enablement of quality look-across test solutions requiring pattern development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Programming experience in C/C++, Visual Basic, Perl, or shell scripting.
• Experience debugging low-level software and hardware.
• Hands-on programming experience with micro-processors or micro-controllers.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor and electronic fundamentals, digital logic, and CMOS.

Nice to have

• ATE software development and debug experience, specifically with Teradyne J750 and Teradyne UltraFlex.
