What you will do

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and the initial phase of silicon bring-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Test, Foundry, and Reliability to drive NPI development.
• Analyze engineering sample yield and characterize NPI product performance and manufacturing yield windows.
• Perform detailed data and statistical analysis on wafer sort and final tests.
• Support test engineering in resolving test program related issues.
• Drive yield and test time improvement activities to achieve mass production release goals.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and device physics.
• Proficiency in yield analysis and quality management tools (GR&R, Cp, Cpk).
• Strong analytical skills and statistical literacy.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience with Auto Test Equipment (ATE), specifically Advantest 93K or UltraFlex.
• Knowledge of test handlers and wafer probers.
