What you will do

• Design, develop, and debug test programs for semiconductor products on ATE platforms.
• Collaborate with design and validation teams to develop test hardware like load boards and probe cards.
• Perform in-depth yield analysis to identify root causes of loss and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct comprehensive product characterization across various operating conditions.
• Support failure analysis activities and provide detailed test data.
• Participate in NPI activities including test plan development and production ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in semiconductor test or product engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and circuit design principles.
• Proficiency in ATE platforms such as Teradyne or Advantest.
• Experience with C/C++ or Python programming.
• Familiarity with statistical data analysis tools like JMP or Spotfire.
