What you will do

• Maintain and support ATE testers and handlers to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and PCB issues down to the component level.
• Analyze equipment performance data to drive continuous improvement in yield and throughput.
• Debug test failures and identify root causes for production rejects.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and equipment calibration records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting ATE hardware and PCB systems.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO or QS standards.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with production, process, and design teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing and maintaining ATE hardware, load boards, and test programs.
• Ability to modify test station configurations to improve test coverage.
• Experience collaborating with design engineers to enhance product testability.
