What you will do

• Lead improvements in yield, productivity, and cycle time.
• Support production lot disposition by determining root causes and implementing fixes.
• Develop procedures and process controls for new product and process introductions in high-volume manufacturing.
• Design and develop necessary jigs and fixtures.
• Create production training materials and Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic engineering, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with semiconductor test processes.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced global team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Unix/Linux, C++).
