What you will do

• Research customer needs through direct interaction, user research, and data analysis.
• Design clear, predictable, and powerful experiences from early concepts through high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define, build, and ship solutions.
• Lead product and design discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive initiatives through delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of product design practices, culture, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience as a B2B designer in an in-house product development team.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Systems-thinking mindset and experience designing cohesive experiences across complex products and workflows.
• Curiosity about products, customers, and markets, with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Pragmatic approach to selecting tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
