Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design customer journeys and product features across web and mobile applications.
• Contribute to and extend the product design system through reusable components and patterns.
• Apply first-principles thinking to define problems, explore solutions, and improve usability and accessibility.
• Support marketing and growth initiatives through visual and campaign design.
• Collaborate with engineering, support, operations, data, and other business teams.
• Participate in prioritisation and own feature design from discovery through delivery.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product or UX design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals, including problem definition, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
• Good visual design skills and attention to polish.
• Fluency in Figma and working knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with or exposure to design systems, including Figma and/or code.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable independently finding answers and challenging assumptions.

Nice to have

• Experience with design operations, design tooling, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with design-to-production workflows.
• Experience in a scaling product organisation with multiple teams or product surfaces.
