TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Leading design for the ‘Customer Delight’ team to build features and define design standards for a product intelligence platform with an accent on Shape Up methodology and iterative delivery. Focus on creating scalable component libraries, conducting user research, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn shapes into deliverable features.

Location: UK based, 1 day per week in Manchester office

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 GBP p.a.

What you will do

• Lead design efforts within the ‘Customer Delight’ feature team.
• Define design standards, patterns, and contribute to the shared component library.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate product shapes into delivered features.
• Utilize user research and subject matter expertise to ensure design decisions are grounded in real user needs.
• Operate within a 6-week delivery cadence using the Shape Up methodology.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with ability to work from the Manchester office once a week.
• Proven experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer within an agile product team.
• Strong command of visual design, interaction design, and service design.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in user research best practices and conducting user interviews.
