What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of foundational seller experiences, including sign-up and onboarding flows.
• Lead the evolution and governance of the design system, defining patterns and components for cross-team adoption.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the entire platform.
• Contribute to AI and integration initiatives, defining how these technologies enhance the seller experience.
• Drive design thinking for information architecture, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Mentor other designers and advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI craft and complex problem-solving in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience leading and maintaining design systems, including documentation and governance.
• Ability to work horizontally across multiple teams to align stakeholders and balance competing needs.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with a solid understanding of implementation constraints.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered product design.
• Background in fintech or high-scale platform design.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted design tools.
