What you will do

• Lead a diverse, virtually organized team of Project Managers and Coordinators to meet company objectives.
• Manage team assignments, schedules, and workload balancing to meet utilization targets.
• Perform periodic project reviews to ensure adherence to company processes.
• Manage first-level escalations and report business status, risks, and issues to the PMO director.
• Provide performance evaluations and maintain development plans for team members.
• Foster communication and collaboration across the PMO and create a culture consistent with company values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related industry degree required.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager required.
• Strong leadership experience managing teams in a virtual environment required.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites and internal meetings required.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and implementation skills.
• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
