What you will do

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns for priority industries in Italy, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Localize and deliver ABM, content, events, webinars, partner and customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound programs.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Italian market and communicate local buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory insights to the global team.
• Collaborate with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams to maintain consistent messaging and execute campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, using data, experimentation, and optimization to improve results.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling B2B demand-generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline.
• Deep knowledge of the Italian market, including enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple marketing functions, set priorities, identify opportunities, and move quickly.
• High standards for quality, clarity, and business impact.
• Curiosity about AI and strong judgment regarding effective technology marketing.
