What you will do

• Build and execute the B2B growth strategy for Central and Eastern Europe.
• Develop multilingual outbound sequences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Own local industry events, user conferences, and webinars from planning through execution.
• Partner with performance marketing on account-based marketing and localized retargeting initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare executive-level reporting, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Localize global messaging for Central and Eastern European business cultures and act as the direct owner of regional marketing operations.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and fluent English are required.
• Experience delivering marketing projects end to end while owning results and ROI.
• Broad growth marketing expertise across analytics, performance marketing, campaign planning, and events.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and ability to act as the local directly responsible individual for marketing operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
• Product marketing judgment and design skills.
• Understanding of the Southern European technology ecosystem and changes in buying cycles.
