What you will do

• Build end-to-end integrated B2B marketing campaigns for Belgian priority industries, from strategy to measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner marketing, and product launches.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Belgian market and provide local insights to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global product marketing and design teams to maintain messaging consistency.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance using data to run experiments and optimize results.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company scaling B2B demand generation programs.
• Deep knowledge of the Belgian market, including enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture.
• Ability to work autonomously and set priorities in a high-velocity environment with minimal process.
• Relentless commitment to excellence and a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact.
• Strong interest in the AI ecosystem and exceptional judgment on effective marketing.
