What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and establish a shared vision for project success.
• Manage resource allocations and workload assignments aligned with delivery requirements and financial performance.
• Monitor estimates, schedules, and dependencies to maintain project integrity and reliability.
• Propose strategic adjustments to maintain delivery objectives and secure customer sign-off on milestones.
• Identify process improvements and cost optimization strategies to enhance project efficiency.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor the delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in coordinating complex IT projects.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to automate repetitive work and support decision-making.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies.

• Solid technical background in IT systems or software development.
