What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for defined programs, including delivery model definition, sequencing, and coordination.
• Apply commercial judgment to execute program-level decisions on scope, cost, effort, and timelines.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and dependencies that span multiple interrelated projects.
• Provide functional leadership, coaching, and quality oversight to junior Delivery Managers.
• Govern program-level scope and lead formal change processes to maintain delivery integrity.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in delivery or project management.
• Deep knowledge of program delivery governance frameworks and execution patterns.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and their delivery implications.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise data integration models (e.g., SMTP, SFTP).
• Ability to balance delivery economics with commercial trade-offs in an enterprise setting.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Milan office.
