Release Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Define scope and prepare platform releases.
• Coordinate release deployments and validation across test environments.
• Organize release and change delivery in production environments.
• Coordinate technical requirement deliveries with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support production teams with hotfixes, workarounds, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Participate in release calendar definition and process automation projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in development, production management, or integration.
• Broad technical background including Java, databases, systems, networking, and security.
• Strong experience in project management.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL release and change management processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
