TL;DR
SAP Delivery Lead (ERP): Leading SAP projects, transformation programs, and managed services for strategic clients in Mexico with an accent on contractual commitments, financial performance, and client relationship management. What you will do
- Lead SAP projects, transformation programs, and managed services delivery across the Mexico portfolio.
- Manage the financial performance of the SAP Service Tower, including revenue, gross margin, and cost.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business executives.
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs, solution workshops, and commercial negotiations.
- Define and execute the SAP talent strategy, overseeing recruiting, certification, and upskilling.
- Ensure consistent application of SAP Activate, clean-core principles, and quality gates.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in technology services, consulting, or enterprise applications.
- 8+ years of experience with SAP solutions and 5+ years leading delivery teams.
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations, ECC migrations, or large-scale Application Management Services.
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in Mexico City.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, or SAP BTP certifications.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or ITIL certifications.
- Experience leading organizations of 50+ professionals.
- Experience delivering services in the USA or Latin America.
