What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of corporate solutions projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate resources across hirify.global's internal teams, including architecture, value proposition, and technology divisions.
• Oversee 3rd party partners and contractors to ensure deliverables meet project standards.
• Engage directly with client delivery teams and stakeholders to build long-term commercial relationships.
• Manage all project stages from analysis and design to testing, migration, and handover to operations.
• Enforce hirify.global delivery methodologies and tools to optimize speed, cost, and quality of delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of delivery management experience, including at least 2 years in a project/program management role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT implementations and digital transformations.
• Experience with regional and international corporate or public sector delivery.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Bratislava.
