What you will do

• Lead the development of a values-based EHS culture where safety and environmental stewardship are core to all activities.
• Partner with site leadership to align EHS priorities with business objectives and operational goals.
• Establish and maintain systems to reduce risk exposure with a strong emphasis on prevention and root cause analysis.
• Ensure strict compliance with global company EHS standards and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive site-level environmental sustainability programs focusing on waste reduction, water stewardship, and energy efficiency.
• Influence cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into day-to-day operations and capital planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health & Safety or a related technical field.
• Significant experience in EHS within industrial, manufacturing, or operational environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing EHS risks, compliance systems, and sustainability programs.
• Proven ability to lead EHS initiatives in complex and dynamic environments.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
