What you will do

• Execute key EHS processes including incident management, compliance, and risk management.
• Provide high-quality EHS advice and share technical expertise in laser and electrical safety.
• Manage and analyze MOP data and ensure data completeness using myEHS reporting dashboards.
• Support the improvement of the EHS culture and draft communication materials.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure workplace safety across the location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field.
• Proven experience as an EHS Specialist with a strong theoretical background.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
• Must be legally authorized to access US controlled technology as defined by Export Administration Regulations.
• Safety Forman certification or a willingness to obtain it.
